We retain your existing carcasses and layout (providing it is structurally sound), then renew the visible elements with precision carpentry and high quality finishes. Typical upgrades include renewing existing cabinet doors, fitting new worktops, installing soft-close hinges, updating ironmongery and handles, sanding and respraying for a flawless finish, and neatly filling old handle holes for a crisp, refitted look. With additional budget we can add shelving, change selected units, or introduce practical features such as pull-out drawers. Colours and style are updated to suit your taste while the structure stays in place.

In most cases cupboards do not need emptying, and the work is typically completed in about a week or two. Our Process
We start with a site visit and a clear, itemised estimate. Together we select door styles, colours, finishes, worktop options and hardware. We then remove drawer fronts, doors, plinths, cornices and handles as needed, prepare all surfaces, and carry out careful spraying for a durable result. New components are installed, alignments are set, soft-close fittings are tuned, and everything is checked for smooth operation. We finish with a tidy handover and simple care guidance.
Upon a home visit, Alan can report any damp, mould, dry rot, damage to internal structures, etc, and provide an estimate to rectify this.
Details
We manufacture everything ourselves, and finish timber and MDF components in our preferred spray systems for a consistent, hard-wearing coat. Hardware is sourced for longevity and feel, so hinges, runners and handles look good and operate correctly.
Because we keep the existing carcasses and layout, costs and lead times are lower than a new kitchen. You also receive a clear written estimate before work begins.
Limited-Time Offer
Book this service any time up to 31 December 2025 and receive a 3-month fixed estimate period instead of the usual 30 days. As long as work starts before 31 March 2026, we will honour the 2025 price. A 10% deposit is required when you confirm the works.
